The Motown influenced soul music bandwagon marches on. But we love this one. Reminds me of Raphael Saadiq’s “I love that girl”. It comes from her album ‘Shine’ which is actually very good, ‘Pretty Please’ features Ceelo on vocals and is yet another British singer raiding their parents record collection for ideas. I don’t mind as long as they are making great records but like Amy Winehouse, Duffy and Joss Stone (who started this trend), Estelle has managed to come up with something half decent.
